Allen Lloyd Jones (né le 2 juin 1978 à Gainesville, Géorgie) est un catcheur américain. Son nom de ring est "The Phenomenal" A.J. Styles. Il fait partit de la TNA.

Il commence la lutte au Anderson College en caroline du sud et participe au NAIA National Tournament 1998. Il débute en 1999 sous le pseudo de Mr. Olympia à la National Championship Wrestling. il remporte la même année le Television et le Lightweight Title Avec la fusion de la NCW avec La NWA il devient AJ Stylesl En 2002 il entre en Feud avec Jason Cross qui est son clône. La World Championship Wrestling, le au début de l'année 2001. Styles et Paris formèrent une équipe du nom de Air Raid. Après le rachat de la WCW par la World Wrestling Federation en mars 2001, retourna à la NWA Wildside et fit quelques combats pour la ceinture de Wildside Heavyweight Champion. Il lutta pour la WWF lors de WWF Jakked. Styles fit une tournée avec la World Wrestling All-Stars (WWA) en avril 2002. Il fit ses débuts en PPV Styles retourna à la ROH en 2005 et commença une feud avec Jimmy Rave qu'il avait entraîné avant la séparation ROH-TNA. En mai 2002, Styles signa un contrat non-exclusif avec la Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) et catch sous le nom de "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles. Styles est chrétien. Il est marié à Wendy Harrison et a deux enfants nés en 2005 et 2007.
